Blackberry Mint Mojito

The simplest Blackberry Mint Mojito for you to enjoy throughout the rest of summer! About The Recipe

There is no better combination than sweet blackberries, fresh mint, and a splash of white rum. It’s basically like summer in a glass, but it’s definitely delicious all year round.

To be totally honest, I have never been much of a mojito fan. I never have been sure if it’s the rum or the club soda, but this blackberry mojito has totally changed my mind!

It’s just the right amount of sweetness and perfectly boozy without being too much. Mix in with some ice and you have the best and most refreshing summer drink that everyone will be asking for!

Equipment Needed

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Muddler

Ingredients

  • Blackberries
  • Mint
  • White Rum
  • Simple Syrup
  • Lime Juice
  • Ice

Instructions

Combine blackberries and mint into a cocktail shaker and muddle.

Pour in the rum, simple syrup, and lime juice. Shake until well combined.

Strain over ice serve with extra blackberries and mint.

Substitutions

  • If you don’t have fresh blackberries, you can use frozen. Just make sure they are thawed!
  • Simple syrup is preferable, but you can muddle in sugar with the berries for a more traditional mojito.
  • You can also use agave instead of simple syrup.

  • 5-6 mint leaves
  • 5 large blackberries
  • 4 ounces club soda
