About the recipe

To be honest, supreme pizza’s are one of my absolute favorite kinds of pizza. Not because they are super flavorful, but because they hold such amazing memories for me. From quick summer dinner’s with family and friends to sitting in our hotel room at Disney World during those rainy days, and since we’re all stuck inside at the moment, I can’t think of a better time to reminisce.

Rainy days are pretty frequent at Disney Word but those harsh rainy days are pretty few and far between. That’s is where the pizza steps in. Me and my mom always order the supreme pizza off the hotel room-service menu because its veggie and protein loaded. So, it’s basically healthy!

But all joking aside, it truly is a great comfort food for me and my mom.

Whenever we find ourselves missing warm summer days or even the most magical place on earth, this pizza is what we always make.

My brother, who is totally against vegetables-on-pizza, absolutely adores this pizza! Okay, yes, he picks off the black olives, but other than that it’s a total winner!

And the absolute best thing about this pizza? It’s actually way better for you and tastes so much better than anything you can order/pick up in the freezer isle.

It’s fresh, vibrant, and loaded with serious flavor! Plus, it makes for a great lunch the next day. Meal prep for the win, amirite?

Seriously. There is nothing better than a homemade pizza. I can speak from years of experience! I’ve been making pizza with my mom since I was probably four years old. It only gets better and better every time we make it!

Instructions

Place the dough on a heavily piece of parchment paper. Roll out to about a 1/4 thick.

Now, build your pizza! We always do sauce first, then grated parmesan, pepperoni, onions, sausage, mushrooms, bacon, bell peppers, black olives, jalapeños, shredded mozzarella, and then fresh mozzarella. This is the order we prefer but you can do whatever you like best!

Place the pizza in a 500 degree oven and bake until the crust is golden brown and all the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Take out of the oven and slice and serve!

Storing/Reheating

The best thing about pizza is there are always leftovers. The trouble is.. what’s the best way to store these leftovers? Well, luckily for you, it’s super easy! After the pizza has cooled and it’s time to clean up, you can either wrap the pizza in foil or place in a sealable bag, and keep in the fridge for about 4 or 5 days. It’s really that easy!

And reheating it is JUST as easy. You also have two options. You can take a piece and pop it into the microwave for a few seconds, or you can place the pizza on a sheet pan and pop into a 350 degree oven for about 5-8 minutes to get that nice, crispy crust back.
