Easy, delicious, and quick to make! This Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi is packed with garlicky, buttery flavor that will have you coming back for seconds. SO. GOOD.
4 Tablespoons salted butter ⅓ cup chopped green onions ¾ teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 ½ pounds shrimp 1 Tablespoon crushed garlic ¾ cup white wine 12 ounces bucatini Salt and pepper, to taste
Cook pasta, drain, and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok over medium heat, melt butter.
Add green onions and red pepper flakes.
Cook and stir for about 1 minute.
Add shrimp and garlic.
Season with salt and pepper.
When shrimp are nearly cooked, about 3-4 minutes, stir in wine.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add pasta to pan with shrimp.
Toss to coat.
Taste for seasoning and re-season, if necessary.
