Chocolate-y, smooth, and absolutely delicious! This S'mores Blended Iced Coffee is the perfect way to start your mornings.
Marshmallow Whipped Cream
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 ½ Tablespoons marshmallow fluff
Coffee
- 2 cups unsweetened cold brew coffee
- 2 ½ teaspoons simple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 2 Tablespoons chocolate sauce
- 2 ½ cups ice
Topping
- 2 graham crackers crumbled
Marshmallow Whipped Cream:
In a medium sized bowl, combine heavy cream and marshmallow fluff.
Set hand mixer on lowest speed and slowly mix until the marshmallow fluff has broken up and dissolved, about 2 minutes.
Turn mixer up and beat cream until light and fluffy, about a minute. Set aside.
Coffee:
Combine coffee, simple syrup, vanilla, milk, chocolate sauce, and ice in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Putting It Together:
Drizzle glass with extra chocolate sauce, optional
Spoon 2 tablespoons of marshmallow whipped cream into bottom of glass.
Pour coffee mixture over whipped cream.
Top with extra whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs.
Substitution:
- Don't have cold brew coffee? No worries! Use any coffee you like, just make sure it's cold.
- You can use Homemade Chantilly Cream or store-bought rather than making you marshmallow whipped cream.
- I used dark chocolate sauce, but feel free to use milk chocolate or whatever you like.
- Use any kind of milk you like! Fat free, whole, almond, cashew, oat, coconut.
Expert Tips:
- If you're using freshly brewed coffee, let it cool! Hot/warm coffee will melt the ice.
- The coffee will separate after a few minutes so you may need to stir it regularly.
- The drink will melt faster on warmer days.
