The perfect summertime drink! This Fresh Raspberry Lemonade is fruity, perfectly sweet, and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium lemon, juiced
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 4 Tablespoons simple syrup
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Combine lemon juice, raspberries, water, and simple syrup in a blender.
  • Blend on medium speed until smooth.
  • Strain.
  • Serve over ice.

Notes

Substitutions:
  • You can use frozen raspberries instead of fresh, just make sure they are thawed.
Expert Tips:
  • The amount of sugar needed for this recipe will vary depending on the sweetness/sourness of your raspberries and also to your taste.
  • Feel free to add mint or a lemon slice or even a few extra raspberries on top to make the drink a little more summery.
  • Make sure to roll the lemon onto the counter before juicing it to ensure you get all the juice.
