Fresh Raspberry Lemonade

The perfect summertime drink! This Fresh Raspberry Lemonade is fruity, perfectly sweet, and absolutely delicious.
- 1 medium lemon, juiced
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup cold water
- 4 Tablespoons simple syrup
- Ice
Combine lemon juice, raspberries, water, and simple syrup in a blender.
Blend on medium speed until smooth.
Strain.
Serve over ice.
Substitutions:
- You can use frozen raspberries instead of fresh, just make sure they are thawed.

- The amount of sugar needed for this recipe will vary depending on the sweetness/sourness of your raspberries and also to your taste.
- Feel free to add mint or a lemon slice or even a few extra raspberries on top to make the drink a little more summery.
