2 cups all purpose flour 1 ¼ cups sugar 1 Tablespoon baking powder ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon ground cloves ¾ cup vegetable oil 3 large eggs 1 cup apple blackberry baby food 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a bundt pan with baking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and cloves. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine vegetable oil, eggs, baby food, and vanilla.
Beat until combined.
Pour over dry ingredients.
Whisk together.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until done.
Check the expiration date on your spices! If they're out of date, they may taste stale and not give this cake the flavor it needs.
Use room temperature eggs to help incorporate them easier.
