Creamy, sweet, boozy, and so delicious! That's the perfect way to describe The Melted Snowman Vanilla Ice Cream Peppermint Cocktail. Every sip just feels like Christmas!
Combine ice cream, half and half, peppermint liqueur, and peppermint extract in blender.
On low speed, blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses.
Top with chantilly cream and crushed peppermint (optional).
Notes
Substitutions:
Homemade or store-bought ice cream can be used for this recipe. You can also use your favorite non-dairy vanilla ice cream!
If you don't have half and half, you can easily make your own by combining ¼ cup heavy cream and ¼ cup whole milk. If you don't have heavy cream, you can use just whole milk.
Alternatively, you can use your favorite non-dairy milk to make this recipe vegan! I personally love this recipe with oat milk.
Expert Tips:
Set the ice cream out a few minutes before you're ready to make this milkshake! It makes it easier to scoop and measure.
Be careful with the peppermint extract. It can get very strong very fast! You only need a small drop.
This recipe is best enjoyed as soon as it's made!
The Chantilly cream and crushed peppermint are both optional, but highly recommended!!
