Ingredients

  • cup salted butter room temperature
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup whole milk room temperature
  • 1⅔ cups mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉/177℃.
  • Line muffin pan with baking cups or spray with cooking spray.
  • Whisk flour and baking powder together. Set aside.
  • With an electric mixer, cream butter and sugars, beating until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Stir in vanilla.
  • Add flour mixture alternately with milk, mixing only to blend.
  • Gently stir in chocolate chips.
  • Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan.
  • Bake for 20-23 minutes, until golden brown.
