Heat oven to 400℉.
Place puff pastry sheet on parchment paper.
Cut puff pastry sheet in half.
Place one half on second piece of parchment paper, leaving the other half on your first piece parchment paper.
Roll each half into an 8 inch x 12 inch rectangle.
Spread one half with the cooled ganache.
Top with the other half of puff pastry.
Brush top with cream.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Cut into large triangle.
Cut out bottom for tree trunk.
Remove excess.
Cut ½-inch strips into either side of tree, leaving 1-inch in the middle intact.
Twist strips.
Place on sheet pan.
Freeze for 15 minutes.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
