In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla.
Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients.
Whisk together.
Spoon ½ the batter into prepared pan.
Sprinkle ¾ of the filling evenly over the top.
Spoon remaining batter on top.
Sprinkle top with remaining ¼ cup filling.
When done, use a flat-bladed knife to swirl the batter.
Bake for 65 minutes, or until quick bread tests done.
