Fudgy White Chocolate Brownies

Calling all white chocolate lovers! These super simple, extra fudgy White Chocolate Brownies are for YOU! Made in one bowl with minimal ingredients and an easy-to-follow recipe, these bars are truly the perfect treat to bake all year.

Ingredients

  • 2⅓ cups white chocolate
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all purpose flour

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350℉/177℃.
  • Spray an 8-inch square pan with baking spray. (You can line it with parchment to make it easier to lift the brownies out.) Set aside.
  • Combine chocolate and butter in a microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla together.
  • Whisk in chocolate mixture.
  • Fold in flour.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until desired degree of doneness.

Notes

How To Store:
Since these brownies are so moist, it’s best to keep them in a zip-top bag or airtight container and in the fridge for 5-7 days. You can also store them in the freezer in a freezer safe bag for up to 2 months!
Tips For Success:
  • High quality white chocolate is a MUST-USE for these brownies. You will need 3 ½ bars of chocolate for these brownies.
  • Be careful to not over-mix the brownie batter, as this may cause a dryer/more cake-like texture.
  • If you’re worried the brownies may stick, lightly spray your pan and line with parchment paper. 
  • To get clean slices, be sure to wipe off your knife after each cut!
