Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1⅓ cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1⅔ cup raisins
  • 1⅓ cup walnuts chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Tablespoons milk powder

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla.
  • Add the oats, raisins, walnuts, cinnamon, and milk powder.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Use a small cookie scoop to portion dough.
  • Roll into balls.

Notes

  • For the most nutritional value, use a raw and local honey. If you can't find any, try to get hold of raw honey!
  • To make this recipe vegan, leave out the milk powder and use agave instead of honey.
  • This recipe is naturally gluten-free!
  • Make sure to use creamy peanut butter.
  • Check your raisins! They need to be in-date and not crystalized.
  • Do not use instant oatmeal.
