Heat oven to 350℉/175℃.
Line sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
Mix.
Add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla.
Whisk until well blended.
Add flour, baking soda, and salt.
Stir until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips and Oreos.
Use a 3 Tablespoon scoop to portion dough onto prepared pan.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until light golden brown.
Allow to cool on pan.
