Sweet, creamy, and so good! These Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles are only three ingredients, super healthy, and easy to make. My favorite summertime treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt divided
  • ½ cup chopped strawberries divided
  • optional 1/2 Tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Combine half the strawberry chunks and half the yogurt into a blender.
  • Blend at a medium speed for about 2 minutes, or until smooth.
  • Combine remaining yogurt, strawberry yogurt, and remaining strawberry chunks into three popsicle molds.
  • Place popsicle sticks in the middle and set in the freezer.
  • Let freeze for about 5 hours.

Notes

  • Always use fresh strawberries if you can! The flavor will be so much better.
  • You can use any type of yogurt but I prefer greek yogurt, and I can't guarantee freeze times or flavors.
  • You can substitute with almost any fruit or berry you like.
  • If your strawberries aren't very sweet, you will definitely need honey or your favorite sweetener.
  • Freeze times may vary depending on the temperature of your freezer.
