Notes

How To Store:
Keep this boiled cider in a sealable jar and in the fridge. It’ll last for about a month or so. So, feel free to make it ahead of time and grab it whenever you need it!

Tips For Success:
  • Make sure you check the ingredients on your cider before you buy it. A cider that has been filtered or has preservatives will not work for this recipe.
  • The type of cider you buy will determine the flavor profile of your syrup. We don't recommend single varietal ciders, but rather a cider blend!
  • When cooking the cider down, remember to keep it stirred! You don't want a skin to form over it or for it to burn as it cooks.
  • Make sure you buy apple cider and not apple juice.
