Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • cup chopped green onions
  • ¾ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 ½ pounds shrimp
  • 1 Tablespoon crushed garlic
  • ¾ cup white wine
  • 12 ounces bucatini
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook pasta, drain, and set aside.
  • In a large skillet or wok over medium heat, melt butter.
  • Add green onions and red pepper flakes.
  • Cook and stir for about 1 minute.
  • Add shrimp and garlic.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • When shrimp are nearly cooked, about 3-4 minutes, stir in wine.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Add pasta to pan with shrimp and toss to coat.
  • Taste for seasoning and re-season, if necessary.
