Homemade Cheesy Breadsticks

Super simple, extra cheesy, delicious, and quick to make! These Homemade Cheesy Breadsticks are the perfect snack, appetizer, or side for any occasion!
15 ounces pizza dough 2 Tablespoons olive oil ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella 1 cup shredded cheddar 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, chopped
Place pizza stone in oven.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Roll out dough on a floured surface.
Spread olive oil across dough.
Top with parmesan, shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and fresh mozzarella.
Using a peel or the back of a sheet pan, transfer pizza to stone.
Bake until cheese is bubbly and crust is browned, about 5-8 minutes.
Remove from oven and, using a pizza cutter, slice into sticks.

For this recipe, we used 1/2 of our Homemade Pizza Dough recipe. If you use a store-bought dough, we cannot recommend appropriate cook times.
We used some of our favorite and basic cheeses! Feel free to switch out the cheeses for what you have/like.
You can make this recipe vegan by using your favorite vegan cheeses.
Make sure to pre-heat the oven before starting on the cheese sticks.
If you don't have a baking stone, you can bake this on a sheet pan or a pizza pan!
