Creamy Double Chocolate Hot Cocoa
Rich, creamy, extra chocolate-y, and SO. GOOD. This Homemade Hot Cocoa is the only recipe you'll need this winter!
In a large pot, combine milk, chocolate chips, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt.
Stir with a whisk over low heat until chocolate has completely melted and the milk is warmed through. Don't overheat!
Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and marshmallows.
- Be careful not to overheat the milk!
- I used bittersweet chocolate chips, but you can use milk chocolate, dark chocolate...whatever you want!
- This recipe keeps really well in the fridge.
