Homemade Cafe Mocha

The perfect way to start your day! This Homemade Cafè Mocha is chocolate-y, perfectly sweet, rich, and SO. GOOD.

Ingredients

  • 2 double shots espresso or 2/3 cup strong coffee
  • 2 Tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup milk of choice

Instructions

  • Brew espresso or coffee.
  • Heat milk.
  • Using a frother or hand mixer with a whisk attachment, froth milk.
  • In a tall glass, stir together espresso and chocolate syrup.
  • Pour milk into espresso mixture.
  • Spoon foam on top.

Notes

  • Be careful not to over heat the milk! If you have a frother that can heat as well, I recommend you use it.
  • Chantilly cream topping is optional.
