Homemade Cafe Mocha
The perfect way to start your day! This Homemade Cafè Mocha is chocolate-y, perfectly sweet, rich, and SO. GOOD.
- 2 double shots espresso or 2/3 cup strong coffee
- 2 Tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 cup milk of choice
Brew espresso or coffee.
Using a frother or hand mixer with a whisk attachment, froth milk.
In a tall glass, stir together espresso and chocolate syrup.
Pour milk into espresso mixture.
Spoon foam on top.
- Be careful not to over heat the milk! If you have a frother that can heat as well, I recommend you use it.
- Chantilly cream topping is optional.
