Easy, delicious, and the perfect appetizer to serve during the winter holiday's! This Holiday Charcuterie Board is filled with crowd-pleasing cheeses, meats, fruits, and snacks to get through any party. It's so simple, but oh so delicious!
Ingredients
5-6wedges or blocksof cheese,such as sharp cheddar, brie, white cheddar, asiago, manchego, and parmesan.
3-4assortedmeats,such as prosciutto, soppresata, and genoa salami
6-7assortedseasonal fruits and vegetables,such as raspberries, blackberries, bartlett pear, figs, honeycrisp apple, and olives
assortednuts,such as roasted pecans and candied almonds
Set out meat. Allow meats and cheeses to come to room temperature.
Starting with the largest things first (brie, olives, etc.), place onto board or serving platter. Fill in with meats, fruits, nuts, and crackers.
Serve immediately.

Use high quality meats and cheeses for the best flavor profiles.
Cut the cheese while it's cold for best results. If using a cookie cutter to cut brie, remember that the brie will stick. You will need to gently push each side down slowly to keep it from ripping.
Make sure everything is room temperature before serving. This brings out the flavor!
