The simplest, healthy, and delicious no bake treat to make all summer long! These Melon Skewers with Honey Lime Mint Drizzle are a great appetizer for summer parties or get togethers. The best part? They're SUPER easy to make and full of flavor!
Use a melon baller to scoop out watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew.
Thread alternating fruit pieces onto wooden skewers.
Drizzle
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and chopped mint.
Drizzle over the top of the prepared fruit skewers.
Allow to stand 2-3 minutes before serving.
Notes
We used a small personal watermelon.
Make sure you use ripe melons for this recipe!
If you don't have a melon baller, you can cut the melons into square chunks.
Pretty much any fruit can be added to these skewers.
If you would like to make this recipe vegan, use agave instead of honey in the drizzle!
Don't skip letting the skewers stand for about 2 minutes before serving! This really intensifies the flavor from the drizzle, letting the mint and lime shine.
These skewers don't keep well. They're best enjoyed the day you make them.
