The simplest, healthy, and delicious no bake treat to make all summer long! These Melon Skewers with Honey Lime Mint Drizzle are a great appetizer for summer parties or get togethers. The best part? They're SUPER easy to make and full of flavor!

Ingredients

Fruit Skewers

  • 1 small seedless watermelon
  • 1 cantaloupe
  • 1 honeydew

Drizzle

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chopped mint

Instructions

Fruit Skewers

  • Clean seeds out of both cantaloupe and honeydew.
  • Use a melon baller to scoop out watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew.
  • Thread alternating fruit pieces onto wooden skewers.

Drizzle

  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and chopped mint.
  • Drizzle over the top of the prepared fruit skewers.
  • Allow to stand 2-3 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • We used a small personal watermelon.
  • Make sure you use ripe melons for this recipe!
  • If you don't have a melon baller, you can cut the melons into square chunks.
  • Pretty much any fruit can be added to these skewers.
  • If you would like to make this recipe vegan, use agave instead of honey in the drizzle!
  • Don't skip letting the skewers stand for about 2 minutes before serving! This really intensifies the flavor from the drizzle, letting the mint and lime shine.
  • These skewers don't keep well. They're best enjoyed the day you make them.
