Fruity, citrusy, refreshing. These Rum Punch Ice Pops are the perfect cool-me-down on a hot summer day!

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate thawed
  • 12 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate thawed
  • 46 ounce unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 12 ounces peach nectar
  • ½ cup [simple syrup]
  • 32 ounces ginger ale
  • 16 ounces dark rum

Instructions

  • Mix orange juice, lemonade, pineapple juice, peach nectar, simple syrup, and rum.
  • Stir in ginger ale.
  • Pour into individual ice pop bags or popsicle molds.
  • Freeze.

Notes

  • Make sure you thaw the cans of orange juice and lemonade concentrates.
  • Use a funnel to pour the punch into the ice pop bags.
  • These popsicles develop more flavor after they freeze!
