This pizza is all things fall, but in a totally delicious way! A quick and easy homemade pizza dough topped with butternut squash, brussel sprouts, onion, bacon, and goat cheese. SO. GOOD.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
  • Roll or stretch pizza dough out to about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Top the dough evenly with olive oil. Sprinkle parmesan evenly over the top of olive oil. Add butternut squash, brussel sprouts, onion, and bacon.
  • Bake flatbread for 5-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, top with goat cheese, slice, and serve.

Notes

  • If you want to make this pizza vegetarian, leave off the bacon. It tastes just as good without it!
  • There are links throughout this post to show you how to roast brussel sprouts, butternut squash, and make your own pizza dough.
  • Make sure to flour your parchment paper before you roll out your pizza dough.
