Homemade S'mores Chocolate Bars

  • Place a heat proof bowl over a pot of simmering water. Melt all your chocolate, stirring constantly with a rubber spatula.
  • Take off heat and mix in graham crackers and marshmallows.
  • Spoon mixture into chocolate molds. Tap to level.
  • Place in freezer for 5-10 minutes, or until hardened.
  • Carefully remove from molds and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use whatever chocolate you like! For this recipe, we chose semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  • If you're doing the exposed method for the bar, I like to toast the marshmallows a little. You can use a lighter to get direct head. This will melt the chocolate bar slightly so only do this if you're about to eat.
  • The mixed-in version is definitely the best way to get the most amount of graham crackers and marshmallows into the bar.
