  • 1 whole head of garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Using a sharp knife, slice the top off the whole head of garlic.
  • Place on a piece of aluminum foil.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Wrap up in foil.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
