How to Roast Peppers

The easiest way to roast peppers! This is a great way to add spice, heat, and an incredible depth of flavor to so many dishes.
- Peppers number and type are up to you
Turn oven on broil and preheat.
Wash and dry peppers and place on sheet pan.
Place pan under broiler.
When peppers start to brown, flip them.
Continue to flip as they brown.
When peppers are brown all the way around, remove from oven and cool.
When cool, peel, core, and seed peppers.
- Make sure the peppers are fresh with no mold or bug eaten holes.
- Peel the skin and take out the core after you finish roasting!
- You can use any peppers you like.
- You can also freeze or refrigerate these until you need them!
- Be careful with the heat of peppers. You might want to wear gloves when peeling, coring, or chopping.
