S’mores Blended Iced Coffee

Say, “hello” to this S’mores Blended Iced Coffee with marshmallow whipped cream. It’s definitely not your average iced coffee, it’s SO much better. Homemade marshmallow whipped cream, topped with the classic chocolate iced coffee ingredients that consist of chocolate syrup, vanilla, simple syrup, and just a splash of milk. Finished off with a little bit of graham cracker crumbles on the very top. This drink is chocolate-y, hinted throughout with vanilla and coffee, and it’s perfectly sweet! It’s like drinking a liquid s’more. SO. GOOD. Make and serve this coffee as a fun and delicious way to enjoy your morning coffee again!

About The Recipe

If you’ve been around a while, you know that I love all things chocolate and all things s’mores. From s’mores cake to the classic dessert. This drink has now been added to the list of “best ever” s’more inspired foods.. Well, food/drinks!

Starbucks is really the main inspiration behind this. There is nothing that I adore more than a venti Starbucks drink. When I was younger, there were pretty much two thinks i would drink. One of those being the classic S’mores Frappuccino.

Loaded with sugar and one too many calories, what kid wouldn’t love it?

Well, I got older and we moved. Starbucks is no longer right down the road and sometimes it’s not always possible to get the s’mores frappe.

Cue the lightbulb. I got an idea! I decided to make my own.

But, change it up a little. Instead of doing standard chantilly cream, I used marshmallow fluff to make marshmallow whipped cream! O.M.G.

Even if you aren’t a fan of sweet/iced coffees, you will be a fan of this!

Sweet, creamy whipped cream mixed with a chocolate-y, vanilla-y coffee and finished with graham crackers… It’s the best coffee ever.

Substitutions

  • Don’t have cold brew coffee? No worries! Use any coffee you like, just make sure it’s cold.
  • You can use Homemade Chantilly Cream or store-bought rather than making you marshmallow whipped cream.
  • I used dark chocolate sauce, but feel free to use milk chocolate or whatever you like.
  • Use any kind of milk you like! Fat free, whole, almond, cashew, oat, coconut.

Expert Tips

  • If you’re using freshly brewed coffee, let it cool! Hot/warm coffee will melt the ice.
  • The coffee will separate after a few minutes so you may need to stir it regularly.
  • The drink will melt faster on warmer days.
