About The Recipe
Let’s say hello to Monday and a kick-off to healthier summertime eating. Seriously, Who doesn’t love strawberries and yogurt together? They are truly a perfect match. From breakfast bowls, to smoothies, and now popsicles! Sweet, fruity, and so good.
I actually used to make strawberry smoothies all the time growing up. They were my absolute favorite summertime drink! Now, I’ve turned it into my new favorite summertime snack. They are so quick to mix up and actually pretty healthy.
There’s no way to not love them!
Equipment Needed
- Popsicle Molds
- Popsicle Sticks
- Blender or Food Processor
Ingredients
- Greek Yogurt
- Fresh Strawberries
- Honey (optional)
Instructions
Combine half of the yogurt, half of the strawberry chunks, and honey into a blender or a food processor. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
Transfer the strawberry yogurt into a bowl or measuring cup. Get everything else together and begin your building the popsicles! You can add the yogurt and strawberry chunks in any order that you’d like.
Cover the popsicles and place the popsicle sticks in the middle. Set in the freezer and freeze for about 4-5 hours.
Once frozen, carefully remove from the pops from the mold and serve!
How To Store
There are two options! You can easily place the pops back into the molds and place back in the freezer, or you can store in a freezer safe bag. Whatever works the best for you!
Variations
The best part of these pops is that you can actually use whatever fruit you like. Here are some of my favorites:
- Mangos
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Blackberries
- Bananas
- Cherries
- Peaches
