04 6 cups of sliced apples is about 4-5 large apples or about 2 pounds.

In a large bowl, combine apples, lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch, salt, cinnamon, and cranberries.


Pour into prepared pie crust.


Whisk together oats, sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut butter in with a pastry blender or fork.


Sprinkle on top of pie. Bake for 50 minutes. Cover with foil. Bake for an additional 50 minutes.
