Candied Pecans

The most perfect Cinnamon Sugar Candied Pecans. Made simply on the stovetop with pecan halves, sugar, cinnamon, a splash of vanilla, and just a bit of salt to help cut the sweetness. Each candied pecan is just as delicious as the's hard to just eat one!

03 If you don't like pecans, you can use almost any nut instead!

04 Be careful with the mixture boils.

Combine sugar, cinnamon, salt, and water in heavy pan. Bring to boil and cook for 2 minutes.


Add pecans.


Continue to cook, over medium heat until sugar mixture starts to crystallize around pecans, about 10 minutes.


Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.


Immediately pour onto prepared sheet pan. Let cool.
