A simple vanilla muffin made with chai tea infused milk, topped with lots of chai spiced streusel, and baked to moist, fluffy perfection. Every bite just melts in your mouth!

In a small bowl, stir together sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and flour. Cut butter in. Set aside.

Combine milk and tea bags. Heat until steaming. Remove from heat and allow to steep for at least 5 minutes.
