These delicious Cherry Almond Scones are made with three different types of almond and dried cherries to create the ultimate flavor! Every bite is sweet, flavorful, and SO. GOOD.

Heavy Cream Large Eggs Vanilla Extract Almond Extract All-Purpose Flour Almond Flour Granulated Sugar Baking Powder Baking Soda Salt Unsalted Butter Dried Cherries Sliced Almonds


In a small bowl, whisk together cream, eggs, vanilla, and almond extract. Set aside.


Combine flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until well blended. Grate in butter, Add cherries and almonds.


Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients. Gently mix just until combined. Turnout dough. Roll out to 9 inch circle. Cut into 8 wedges.


Freeze for 15 minutes. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
