Ingredients

- Dark Chocolate - Salted Butter - Eggs - Sugar - Vanilla Extract - All Purpose Flour - Heavy Cream

Combine the

chocolate and the heavy cream into a large bowl. Melt in the microwave.

Cover.

Transfer into a glass pan and cover with plastic wrap. Set in the fridge until firm.

Scoop.

Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, scoop out the chocolate ganache into small spheres. Freeze.

Melt.

Combine butter and chocolate in a glass bowl and melt in the microwave at 30 second intervals.

Stir in the

flour. Be careful not to over mix!

Transfer

the batter into small ramekins. Place frozen ganache in the center. Top with more cake batter.

Bake

at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Turn out of ramekins and serve immediately!

Top with

Chantilly cream, chocolate curls, and rose petals for a delicious dessert!
