A simple, easy to make breakfast that everyone is sure to love.

This Cinnamon French Toast Casserole with Cinnamon Streusel is sweet, full of warming spice, custardy, with just the right amount of crunch, and seriously SO. GOOD.

Granulated Sugar Ground Cinnamon All Purpose Flour Salted Butter Challah Large Eggs Whole Milk Heavy Cream Vanilla Extract Salt


Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and butter in a small bowl. Mix well. Set aside.


Place challah slices on sheet pan. Bake until lightly browned on both sides. Layer slices of challah in casserole. Set aside.


Combine eggs, milk, cream, vanilla, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Whisk. Pour over challah slices. Let stand for 30 minutes, or cover and refrigerate overnight.


Top with streusel. Cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, until puffy and golden brown.
