A soft sugar cookie made with cake flour, a splash of almond extract, and two secret ingredients that create the perfect cookie. Bonus? These cookies don't need any refrigeration and are ready in less than 30 minutes!

4 Quick Tips For These Frosted Sugar Cookies

01 Make sure all your ingredients are room temperature!

02 Be careful to not over mix the cookie dough.

03 It's best to use a cookie scoop to ensure all cookies are the same size.

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Beat in egg, vanilla, and almond extracts.

Add flour, corn starch, milk powder, and baking soda. Mix only to blend.
