Combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in the bowl of an electric mixer.

In a small sauce pan, heat butter and milk to 120-130 degrees F.

Pour over flour mixture. Mix until combined.

Add egg yolks. Knead until smooth, about 8-10 minutes.

Allow to rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk.

Roll out dough into a 12'X12" square.
