Homemade Apple Pie

Pulse together flour and salt. Add butter, 1 Tablespoon at a time, pulsing after each addition.


Add water, 1 Tablespoons at a time, pulsing after each addition, until dough comes together.


Divide dough in half. Wrap each half in plastic wrap, flatten into a disc, and refrigerate 15 minutes.


Roll out dough, one piece at a time. Place one piece of dough into pie pan and gently press it to fit. Trim edges.


Add filling to crust. Top with second crust. Press edges together. Trim excess dough.


Make slits in top of pie. Bake for 90 minutes, or until golden brown.
