Easy Brown Butter Popovers
All-Purpose Flour Salt Brown Butter Whole Milk Eggs Salted Butter
Whisk dry ingredients
Whisk together the flour and the salt.
Add brown butter
Stir in the brown butter.
Whisk in the milk.
Mix in eggs
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Keep whisking until batter is smooth.
Heat pan and pour in batter
Place 1 teaspoon of butter per cavity in the popover pan, then place the pan in a 425 degree oven for about 4-5 minutes. Pour batter in the pan, filling each cup about 3/4 of the way full.
Bake for 15 minutes before reducing the heat of the oven to 350 degrees. Bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the popovers are golden brown. Take out of the oven and serve immediately.
