Homemade Snickers Candy Bars

Ingredients

- Egg Whites - Sugar - Corn Syrup - Water - Butter - Vanilla - Sweetened Condensed Milk

- Heavy Cream - Whole Milk - Dry Roasted Peanuts - Chocolate - Vegetable Oil

Whip egg whites

Until medium peaks form.

Boil sugar

Combine sugar corn syrup, and water. Cook over medium heat until reaches 270 degrees. Pour slowly into egg whites

Stir in butter & vanilla 

Transfer into lined and greased pan. Let set overnight.

Make caramel

Combine butter, sugar, corn syrup, sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, and heavy cream in a large pot. Cook over medium-low heat,  until the temperature reaches 240.

Stir in vanilla & nuts

Pour over the nougat. Let cool completely.

Cut.

Once the filling is set, cut into small bars and place back into the fridge to cool.

Melt chocolate.

Mix with vegetable oil and melt in the microwave. You could also use tempered chocolate.

Dip.

Dip the bars into the melted chocolate and place on parchment until set. Serve immediately!
