Process graham crackers until finely ground. Mix in sugar. Add melted butter and pulse to combine.

Turn out into prepared pan. Press evenly on bottom and sides of pan. Set aside.

With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy, 2-3 minutes.

With the mixer running, stream in sugar.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla.

Pour into prepared crust.
