No Yeast Cinnamon Rolls

4 Quick Tips For These No Yeast Cinnamon Rolls

01 Don't over mix the dough!

02 Make sure to use a pan that allows the rolls enough room to expand.

03 Use a ruler to ensure all cinnamon rolls are the same size.

04 Some filling may fall out when rolling.

Stir together cinnamon and sugar. Set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and vanilla.

Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix well.

Turn out onto a floured surface. Roll into a 12"x18" rectangle.

Pour melted butter over dough and spread all the way to edges. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Beginning with long end, roll dough jellyroll-style. Using a sharp knife, cut into 1 1/2" rolls.

Place on prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until done.

In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar, cinnamon, milk, and vanilla.

Drizzle over the top of the warm rolls.
