All-Purpose Flour Baking Powder Baking Soda Salted Butter Brown Sugar Granulated Sugar Eggs Buttermilk Peach Preserves Cinnamon Pecans
Mix dry ingredients
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
Combine butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon, Stir in chopped pecans.
Beat butter and sugar in stand mixer.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Alternately add dry ingredients and buttermilk. Stir in vanilla.
Spread 2/3rds cake batter in greased pan. Add peach preserves. Add remaining cake batter.
Add streusel on top and bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
