Chopped Peaches Sugar Lemon Juice All-Purpose Flour Almond Flour Old Fashioned Oats Brown Sugar Nutmeg Salt Butter
Combine peaches, sugar, and lemon juice in a pot. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
Pulse flour, almond flour, brown sugar, nutmeg, salt, oats, and butter until dough forms.
Press 2/3rds of the mixture into a pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Top & Bake
Spread jam across the base. Top with remaining crumble mixture. Bake for 40 mins.
Let cool in pan. Turn out, slice, and serve.
