RECIPE INGREDIENTS

Make crust

Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder in the bowl of a food processor.

Add butter and cream cheese a few slices at a time. Pulse in vinegar and milk.

Refrigerate

Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Combine peaches, brown sugar, and nutmeg in a medium bowl.

Roll out dough

Roll dough into a rectangle that is ¼" thick. Set aside. Layer peaches onto crust.

Bake & Serve

Fold the edges in over the peaches. Bake for 45 minutes. Brush reserved liquid over top of crust. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
