Peppermint Ice Cream

No Cook Peppermint Ice Cream…my new favorite Winter/Christmas ice cream flavor that rivals all others. A super simple ice cream base made with two kinds of milk, sugar, a touch of peppermint oil, and some vanilla.  Every bite is perfectly sweet, so creamy, and oh so delicious!

4 Quick Tips For This Peppermint Ice Cream

01 Do not whip or beat the ice cream base when stirring.

02 This recipe is nut-free, gluten free, and egg free!

03 Make sure your milks are cold.

04 You can buy pre-crushed peppermint or crush your own.

Combine whole milk, heavy cream, vanilla, peppermint oil, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.


Stir until sugar is dissolved, about 3-5 minutes.


Pour mixture into ice cream machine and freeze according to the packaging instructions.


Once at soft-serve consistency, transfer into a large bowl and stir in crushed peppermint.


Transfer into a freezer safe container and freeze for 1 hour, or until hardened.
