Sliced Brioche Pumpkin Puree Eggs Heavy Cream Whole Milk Pumpkin Pie Spice Sugar Salt
Mix all ingredients
Whisk the pumpkin, eggs, heavy cream, whole milk, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
In a small casserole, soak each slice of brioche in the pumpkin custard for 8-10 minutes on each side.
Place a slice in a hot frying pan or on a griddle. Let brown on each side.
Top with whipped cream and maple syrup. Serve!
