Pie Crust Pumpkin Puree Eggs Evaporated Milk Brown Sugar Ground Cinnamon Ground Cloves Ground Nutmeg Ground Allspice Ground Ginger Melted Butter
Mix pumpkin and eggs
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and pumpkin.
Stir in milk
Whisk in evaporated milk.
Add brown sugar, spices, and butter. Stir well.
Pour filling into pie shell.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees. –Continue baking for an additional 50-55 minutes until set.
Let cool and serve!
