In an 8 quart stockpot, steam green beans in salted water for 2 minutes. Drain.


Add butter to pot. Melt until just starting to brown, about 1-2 minutes.


Add garlic and green beans. Sauté 1-2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice. Cover. Cook for 1 minute.


Transfer to serving dish. Top with bread crumbs.
