Graham Cracker Crumbs Sugar Salted Butter Chocolate Chips Eggs Vanilla All-Purpose Flour Cocoa Powder Water
Make graham cracker crust
Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter. Dump into lined pan and firmly pack. Bake for 10 mins.
Whisk together the flour and cocoa powder. Set aside.
Melt chocolate chips and butter in a small sauce pan. Set aside.
Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla in mixer for 10 minutes. Add melted chocolate mixture.
Stir in the flour and cocoa powder. Add extra chocolate chips.
Whip egg whites
Whip egg whites in the bowl of a stand mixer until medium peaks form.
Combine sugar and water over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Continue cooking until mixture reaches 246-250.
Pour into egg whites
Pour sugar mixture into egg whites while the mixer is running. Continue to beat on high speed until mixture has cooled.
Spread across brownies
Spread the meringue across brownies and toast with a kitchen torch.
