01 You can prep ahead of time, but do not mix everything together. It will sour.

Melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and celery. Sauté until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.

Mix crumbled cornbread, biscuits, boiled eggs, and sautéed vegetables in a large bowl.

Stir in stock. Season with salt and pepper.

Add beaten eggs.

Pour into prepared casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees F until browned and puffy, about 1 1/2 hours.
